Niagra Falls - Niagra Falls KOA This KOA is off Lundy Lane - a very busy in-town street full of hotels and restaurants -  some look like they have been there for 20+years.  The CG was large and seemed to have a few good size sites though we struggled to find one without tree obstructions.  Site 148 eventually worked for us - but the staff did have to cut some tree limbs. $54/night (KOA ValueKard) water, 50 amp, sewer, cable 

Conclusion:   Expensive but we knew it would be. The staff were very accomodating. WiFi was $6 extra for 24 hr access and worked poorly. Had to sit outside to get it to work that night and would not work at all the next morning. 09/05 - Rating 8  Our rating does not reflect the WiFi — it was a new option - they were just starting to test .. so it may work fine today.
